The hotel was very clean nice with very friendly staff especially Leslie She helped me a lot to arrange my trip to Machu Picchu. I definitely recommend this place.
Friends and I spent nine nights here as a base while we explored the Sacred Valley. Great location in the old town district. The hotel is wholly run by lovely, caring ladies who went the extra mile to accomodate one's needs. Breakfast was fresh made for us every day. Rooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Cusco!
The staff was impeccable. Always kind and attentive and had a special attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent, every morning.

Staff is #1. Location is #1. Room was small, but for cost it was a none issue. Breakfast was good and filling. Love having luggage storage between my stays and the day I left.
