Quaint, friendly staff, good location, Peruvian decor, good value for the money.
The courtyard was lovely. Lots of space to relax. The rooms were beautiful.
Comfortable room, great service. We needed to do laundry while there and they took care of everything for us.
Staff was so friendly and helpful especially setting up taxis. Food was excellent!!
I loved the decor of my room, and the skylight. Both made me happy It was nippy out so the heater made it especially cosy in the early mornings and late at night. I ate at the hotel twice, once chicken soup and once tomato soup. Both were delicious. When next in Cusco I doubt I'll stay anywhere else. The hotel has soul (and hot water!)
