staff really friendly and professionals. room is clean and good size, and comfortable
Hotel staff top notch. They were attentive and helpful. Service 24/7. Breakfast buffet had a large selection and it was on top floor with great views of the city.
Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. Great shower with hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was good, you can order pancakes and eggs any way you want.
Location was good, close to Kennedy Park , shops and restaurants!
Friendly stuff, willing to help and accommodate.
We would stay again!
The staff were accommodating, very professional. Location is near parks, restos, cafe. Room is clean, bed is comfy. Will def book again when in Lima
Bathroom towers shortage during our stay from Apr 2 to Apr 4. Seems there were mishandling of laundry as part of house keeping. It's ok. Sometimes, it happens. Just surprised to find towels shortage is very unusual for frequent travelers like us.
