Very clean . Very comfy beds with lots of blankets . The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful . Breakfast every morning was very good!

The more experienced lady staff was very nice and helpful, and she speaks English well. She even helped us carry our suitcases down the stairs upon our request. The breakfast room on the top floor got a nice view of the neighborhood. The beds and pillows were comfortable! It is fairly close to Plaza de Arms, like 10-min walk.
The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat. They had breakfast in the morning which was delicious and with a nice view. They helped me set up a taxi to the airport which was punctual and friendly.
