The host is nice and he also help book a taxi for my early trip to the bus station. Room and bathroom are clean.

Place was clean including kitchen, common area and bathroom. There was a heater available which was good for the cold nights in Puno and hot water in the shower. Giovanni was friendly and helpful and made sure I got what I needed, like keeping my bag there after checking out. Breakfast was simple of bread, butter and jam with coffee/tea. Location is also good, located close to the main square.

Crazy comfortable beds and super kind host. Quiet location off the main plaza. The host was helpful getting me a good deal on a tour of the islands. Breakfast was just bread and coffee, but for the price you can't expect more than that. Super clean and comfortable rooms.

The owner Giovanni is extremely friendly and caring. He welcomed me in person late at night when I arrived. And always available for any questions and needs. My room is excellent! It is like an ensuite apartment. Very cozy and the common area is quite spacious. Bed is really comfortable to sleep in at night. Guests are provided layers of thick blankets which is really warm and comfy.

The host is really nice and carying and makes sure everyone is fine. I could even change the date I booked for free. The rooms and kitchen are clean.
