Excellent customer service, great location. They were very flexible with all our special requests.
Nice, clean and comfortable room. Beds had plenty of covers so you won't sleep cold, and showers are electric heated so you always have hot water, which is a big bonus here in Cusco.
There are no staff on site, however they are very responsive and helpful over WhatsApp. Always timely responses and even giving me recommendations and booking a middle of the night taxi.
Quiet location but just a short walk from the main Plaza and everything you'll need. Laundry, and markets right on the corner. Great value if your looking for a nice simple room here in Cusco! Beautiful rooftop terrace with tons of plants, places to sit and an incredible view of the mountains and the entire city.

One of the best stay I ever had in Peru. The hotel is running by the family, they are so kind they let me stay in the room the whole day on my check out day because I had to catch the bus in the evening at 10 pm. Also very helpful if u have any questions about any tours etc.
The room and the surrounding were very quiet I had a really good sleep during my whole stay.
The rooftop terrace is amazing, such a good view over the whole city. Especially at night.
I can recommend it to 100%

The organization was extremely easy and uncomplicated. Going to Machu Picchu and coming back as well as staying longer in the room in case of a nightbus is also no problem. Would definitely recommend!
