Location, rooms are very spacious and modern looking
Huge room and comfortable beds, wonderful bathroom facilities. On-site spa was amazing, hotel was lovely. The staff was polite, informative, and welcoming. The hotel is a short walk to numerous restaurants and markets.
I have to say for starters that the hotel staff went far beyond possible to help us, we lost our flight last minute 2 hours before the estimated check in, they were comprehensive and accepted a last minute change without extra charge for this lost night. After we arrived to the hotel on top of this they let us choose our room and gave us a free upgrade based on availability.
The location can’t be better, it’s right beside an ancient temple (qorikancha) and basically everything is at walking distance. The breakfast it’s good, there is a variety of fruit, fresh bread and you can order eggs and juice.
While it is not a high end luxurious hotel, but it’s cozy and nicely located, for the price I think it’s a really good choice.
The personnel was very warmth they made our whole days comfortable the hospitality and the facilities very pleasant.
For what you’re paying, everything was great. The bathroom set up is unconventional, however the attention is great, breakfast is included and if you have a tour before breakfast is served you can request a breakfast bag to go. It is a 5 minute walk from the main plaza and it’s beautifully decorated.
