Места в квартире достаточно много, хватит на 4 человек.
Превосходно чисто, превосходное месторасположение! Рядом и остановка метро, и трамвая и автобуса - куда хочешь доберешься! Пешеходная красивая улица под боком с кафешками/рестоанчиками/магазинчиками. Рядом TK max и прочие гиганты по продаже шмоток и не только:)
