We were in Poland to visit family. The apartment was brand new, dish washer, washing machine and everything you could possible need. Out taxi dropped us at the wrong location. The owner had asked a friend to meet us at the apartment. When she realised we were in the wrong place she came and picked us up, luggage and all.
Really amazing helpful and will definitely stay again.
