The apartment was spacious, very clean, it looked modern and fairly new and it was in a nice, new building. The free underground parking was a big plus. It has all the things one might need (including a washing machine), it is located so close to the old town center attractions, it is absolutely perfect. We liked it very much, as much as we liked the Poznan town which is a little gem.
