Lication, nice size of apartment for 1-2 people, clean.
The apartment seems brand new. Comfortable king sized bed a plus. Short cut through the shop Reserved so that you can cut through the mall and not have to walk all the way around.
Location and size of apartment also fully equipped kitchen and comfy bathroom, good access to the most important spots in the city.
