Excellent appartment at ground floor with parking spot included. A lot of stores nearby at walking distance. Public transport not far away. City center accesible by foot. The hospital and the airport near the location does not make noise at any time so it's very quiet. Clean and tidy appartment with lots of usual stuff to use like duster, air blower for hair, cleaning products, fully equiped kitchen. The balcony being at ground floor offers a little garden closed with fence to sit and relax with view behind the building wich is like a little park
The appartment is in a new building, ground floor, with a very small terrace (2*3 m) and mini garden (5*8 m). Everything is new and modern. A private parking is available.
