The first thing which meets you is the style of the apartments. Something like Avantgarde. I really love raw materials and concrete wall was amazing here. Also lots of furniture which were renovated and really looks like masterpiece. In one word, if there was a designer, he/she did a great job.
The location is perfect. It is next to the museums and modern buildings area.
