Great location, in the city center. The apartment was clean, well heated and well compartmented (e.g. the living room can be closed off so kids can sleep while adults still want to chat into the night). Plenty of storage space for the winter, when having skis/snowboards and other winter sports gear. There is also an elevator, great for kids and older people, considering the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
