1- Customer Service is the top notch, could not open the door and reached out through WhatsApp. Got a reply in a min and the case was solved in a few mins. 5 mins later, the lady even came to check if all is well

It is a very clean apartment, it is in a good location, there are cafes, bars and restaurants around, in a word, I really liked it.
Spacious, airy, clean, fresh, quiet. Great location either to go to the city hall and beautiful park with interesting sculptures. Or to walk into the town. Plenty of restaurants and food shops nearby. Street parking available.
