It is fully equipped apartment; you can easily move in and live there straight-away. It is close to the public transport, so it is easy to get to the center of Gdansk as well as to Sopot. Walking distance to the beach. And very nice landlady, she gave me a few useful tips concerning public transport. And there was no problem with wi-fi, it worked 100%.

The location is close to the sea, so we were able to get there by a quick walk every day. The apartment overall is nice and cozy, pani Marta was helpful, she also allowed us to arrive earlier. On of the benefits is that the apartment has all possibly necessary household items: soap, shampoo, detergents; basic products: sauces, spices; cookies, water bottles and candies were also a good touch! There are also a lot of kitchen utensils for different purposes. The window has mosquito net which really helps if you're travelling with a cat or a child. All equipment is working properly, not an issue there.
