Great location, close to everything. Inside was very clean and had basic amenities and perishables but the check in process was a nightmare. Maybe we did something wrong. We didn’t get the code until we contacted booking.com. We tried to contact the number for the apartments but they didn’t answer when we pushed 1 for reception. It was only after we found some neighbor staff who was able to help us contact the guy who runs the apartment but this was after like an hour of trying to get in. Other than that though, we had a very nice experience here . Had AC, had wifi, fridge. No on site house keeping unless you pay extra but it wasn’t a big deal for us. There was no kitchen though! Once we were able to contact the point contact he was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
This was an exceptional apartment for short or long stays in Krakow. it is a 30 second walk to the main square yet facing a courtyard is much quieter then an apartment facing the street. it is beautifully decorated and such a neat set up. my kids loved the loft! It was clean, comfy, and well equipped. The host provided great instructions for check in and parking so the whole process was very easy.
We absolutely loved this property. It was spotless clean, comfortable and central to the square excellent location and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay, perfect location and easy to find
Location of the property is amazing. Interior of the apartment is lovely, and was very clean. It has everything you need for a short stay. Access to the apartment was easy after the first time working it out.
