Absolutely beautiful hotel! A quick walk from the train station and within the old city walls. Great location minutes from the main square. Right next to the castle and a couple cathedrals. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Room was comfortable and gorgeous!

Stunning design. Very modern and also very comfortable.

Very nicely decorated high quality hotel, located in the old town, just few minutes walk from the main square, so close enough and no noise whatsoever. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We did have to ask for another room after the check in, because the first one was very small. Interesting enough, the size of the room in the same room category differs significantly, and we were given a larger room without any problems. Overall, the service and staff are top notch. The restaurant offered an unforgettable dining experience, although a bit pricy, but well worth it. The breakfast is served a la carte, but the service is very fast and the food is delicious. The staff also arranged for a day car rental for us (to visit Auschwitz), which was delivered to the hotel and when we returned, we just handed off the keys to the receptionist. On the departure day, our train was leaving very late and we were allowed to keep our room until 20:00 free of charge.
