We were there for New Year's Eve. Very good location in a quiet neighbourhood. Very quick and convenient transport to the city center - trams run practically every 2 minutes. There is a minimarket just downstairs, as well as 2-3 places to eat and have coffee. The apartment is spacious enough, as is the bedroom; enough daylight comes in through the windows. Indeed there is no elevator (apartment is on the 3rd floor), but you only take the luggage up 1 time and 1 time down, so it's not a problem actually.
Spacious apartment. All the equipment. A lot of good eating places around. Italian restaurant outstanding. Definitely value for money.
Very spacious, cosy and clean apartment! It is also very well equipped and designed. Close to trams and city center. We had a wonderful stay here!

All! Top 10 accomodations I have ever been to! Awesome! If I could I would give it an 11! But I can't so I am just going to say: I wish I lived in this apartment! PERFECT! Beautiful new apartment, excellent host, top price, amazing location, quiet peacefull neighbourghood... If you are visiting Krakow don't think twice, BOOK it!
