The apartment has definitely seen better days and could use a renovation. However, considering the price-performance ratio, there’s really nothing to complain about. The apartment is spacious, has a balcony, there’s plenty of sleeping space – overall, everything’s just fine.
Good location- walking distance to the old town and very near to a busy pedestrian street.
The apartment looks much better than on images. It is not so old as it looks on images. A free car park is also a huge advantage. A lot of tv programs and the balcony 👌

Very close to Żabka, Biedronka and Stary Browar. Not far away from strict City Centre.
Great location in the city centre and very spacious space.
