I was on the top floor unit. Everything was as if brand new. No scuffs, scratches, nothing. The patio had a nice view for waking up. It's one that is just like the pictures. Staff is friendly and responsive.
I've been to Kraków a few times and this was my best stay. Spacious apartment, nice interior, fully staffed kitchen, comfy bed. I could go on, but you got the idea...
Very quiet, modern, and comfortable, close to public transport and you can also walk to the city center. Agata, the host, goes out of her way to make the guests feel welcomed and made sure we have everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and great for sharing with a friend, as we had plenty of privacy.
We didn't use the kitchen a lot, but the dishwasher was handy and also the ironing facilities (I attended a business event, so it was perfect to get my clothes ready).
I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The host was very pleasant.
Agata was a great host, providing a warm welcome upon arrival and check-out. The apartment was very cozy, clean and had everything I needed. It's definitely a place I'd recommend to stay to anyone and that I'd go back if I visit Krakow again in a near future.
