Well equipped studio - its a basement with 10 stairs - very easy to reach
10 min walk from the center and from hiking trails
it was a nice surprise to have an Easter Bunny and a bottle of wine
everything I wanted was there, all new and clean
I did not hear much from the owners - it seems like their English is not great.
A river is floowing on their back yard :)

Fantastic place, wonderful people, everything as in the pictures, very comfortable bathroom. We had a room with bathroom, the smallest but had everything we needed. It was perfect for us. Very close to mountain trails and the center of Karpacz, a place we will return to for sure
