Location, cleanness, and the fact that the apartment is brand new.
This apartment is simply wonderful, clean, spacious, bright and has everything you need. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.
It was a quick stay to catch a morning flight. Completely met and exceeded the expectations for being well arranged and clean facilities with all necessities. Quiet modern new block building in a convenient location. Easy to find and easy to call a taxi.
