The breakfast had a wide variety of different types of food. The dining staff were helpful and efficient.
The location is great, just outside the old town. The interier is clean and pleasant, including a the restaurant and bar.
The room was properly clean and pleasant. Our room was small, but there was enough space for luggage and to move around. The bed was big and comfortable.
The staff was very professional and helpful, we left our luggage at the reception for a few hours after the checkout.
The breakfast was very good. We stayed for 2 nights, and the 2nd morning some of the options were different, which is great. We liked the coffee (which was important for us).
Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Location was perfect 5-10 minute walk into the main square in Krakow. Friendly staff and a lovely gentleman helped to take our cases to our room. The room was cleaned and beds made each day.

Hotel was in an excellent location 10 minute walk to main square and 5 minute walk to tram/bus stop. Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold options.
Rooms were warm a nice size and cleaned everyday with the towels also being changed everyday. Tea and coffee provided in the room.
We left before breakfast on our final morning spoke to receptionist and she arranged for us to collect a food bag before we left giving a choice of meat or vegetarian. Each bag contained three small salad rolls two with ham and one with cheese a piece of fruit, yoghurt, cereal bar and s bottle of water.
