I rented an apartment for one of my family members. I did not stay in the room, so I can't say much about it. However, I would like to mention that the communication with the team was exceptional. They were very responsive, kind, and caring. They were patient with me, answered all my questions, and provided directions for me to coordinate.
Everything was super comfortable and clean. The location was perfect and you have easy access to everything you need. Supermarkets, pharmacies, the main square, and the Wawel castle are all walking distance from the room. The customer service number answered promptly and clearly, giving all needed instructions for the stay. (The check-in/out process was very simple) The room felt safe, and the facilities included were perfect, and the WiFi was fast.
Great location, near the Market Square, clean and nice for short stay. Recommend
The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. The views of the old town Cracow are priceless.
