The price for the location is very good. Easy access to the apartment. Very responsive host.
"Too" new building. Walls are like paper, building outside around everywhere.
But: clean, confy, safety. Near shop (Lindl) and lakes

Location was great, nice little apartment with everything you need.
It was easy to get the key and parking was outside the apartment.
Nice place to spend one or more nights. Everything is clean and comfortable, it was convenient to check in on our own + the owner allowed us to check in early. Thanks to him!
