the staff were really kind and they tried to their best for me to stay there comfortable as much as they could
Booked the room 4 hours before arrival
super friendly owner, met me and my dog in the evening. Showed us everything
Very clean, quiet and comfortable bed. Everything you need is in room and in the bathroom for the most comfortable stay. I was not planning to stay in Warsaw that day, but we were late for the train. So I did not have shower gel, towel and toothbrush on me so it was amazing when I saw everything I needed was there.
The owner also provided a dog with a bowl and treats!
Overall just amazing
The bathroom is clean and bright, the washing machine is accessible too
The place is in a good location and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I contacted them about the possibility of storing breastmilk while staying there, and they kindly provided us with a mini fridge in our bedroom! Not only that, but they also allowed us to leave our bags in the room and check out late, which meant we got to explore Warsaw without our bags, and that I was able to pick up the milk as late as possible to travel back home. The location is great. It’s not in the centre but the public transport is amazing, and you can easily get the tram or bus into the city centre in about 20-30 minutes. Highly recommend this hostel!
