It was clean, even the sheets smelled of detergent. There was a TV in the room where you could watch Netflix or Polish channels. There is a kitchen and bathroom area on each floor. I had no issue with hot water. The host was quick to respond and helpful. From what I observed when I was there, they clean every day around check-out time. There are three markets and a few restaurants nearby. You can easily access the bus and tram, there are also ticket machines. It was 15-20 minutes by tram to the center. I can recommend.
