Easy self- check in, clean spacious room, quiet street. No spiders I couldn't find them in my room. Kitchen on the ground floor. Tram stop next to the hostel.
The location was decent, very quiet side of town behind the congress center, we appreciated the parking. It was quiet and we hardly knew of other guests. We did not utilize the kitchen but happy to have had the option.
The staff was very helpful and all our requests were accommodated. Wifi was good. The hostel is seconds away from the bus going to the airport. The kitchen was well equipped.
Location was perfect, the staff was amazing, and we fell in love with Krakow. It's a hostel so we weren't expecting 5 Star but from the reviews we are a bit skeptical but didn't experience any of the negative things we read. No spiders, no naked men roaming the halls, very clean.
The only best part is the location of the property.
