Actually everything, stuff, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, to be honest I have expected less from the 3 stars hotel in Biala Podlaska

Great location! It was really clean, i got a good sleep in there. People working in there were quite friendly. And breakfast was really great.

The hotel is perfectly located for the town centre but having been now on several occasions, it is the warm welcome from the staff that is the jewel in the crown. Without exception, from checking in to checking out, the staff are friendly, helpful and always courteous and the food in the restaurant (both breakfast and evening meals) are most enjoyable.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough. This time travelling with elderly mum and we received such a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I simply can't praise them enough; nothing was too much trouble. From reception to house-keeping and in the restaurant, they were first-class and most definitely the jewel in Hotel Capitol's Crown. Given that we don't speak any Polish, apart from good morning and thank you, the staff were absolutely brilliant and most helpful with anything we asked for. The breakfast and evening meal were exceptional and in all honesty, this hotel would always be my first choice when visiting Biala Podlaska.

We stayed in the apartment. The bed was soo comfortable, great and clean air con, tasty breakfast. Fantastic place to stay and staff absolutely amazing and very helpful .
