The location was perfect for us. We had a great view of the Castle and Cathedral and the river. We were upgraded and had a fabulous room. Next time, I would actually book this room. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and something for everyone. The entire staff were friendly and very helpful. Loved it!

This was a new location in Krakow for us, and we are very happy we tried it out. We had a beautiful view from our room and an even better one from the rooftop restaurant at dinner. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent, even has a heated mirror! Staff were great, took care of our luggage, and had it waiting in our room. The hotel style may seem a little dated, but the room was nicer than may in 'newer' hotels, and the carpeted stairs and hall made it feel quiet and a bit classy. Also, the location is a bit further from the main station, but getting there was easy on the tram and it is more than made up for by the proximity to the river and the castle etc. A great choice for exploring old town without the noise and traffic of closer hotels.

Everything was nice. Especially rooms and breakfast were great.

The roof top was amazing for dinner and gazing at the river. Very relaxing!

Clean comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Friendly amenable staff and a great breakfast selection.
