I booked a room at the last minute, after another booking elsewhere fell through, but it wasn't an issue: the hotel gave me a lovely room, and even an upgrade (although I didn't ask for one!). The room was huge, and breakfast was great. It's a fairly short walk from the train station, which is convenient.
Absolutely loved my stay. The restaurant was very vibrant and staff very professional. I was surprised to find a hotel like this in Tarnow.
My room was located in the west wing which was recently remodeled.
Nice and comfy with big bathroom.
