Perfect location for enjoying the old town although a bit hard to find when we arrived late at night. The rooms are lovely, well furnished, very clean and comfortable. Great staff and excellent breakfast.
The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything with a carrefour express just on the other side of the street. The adjacent restaurant served delicious food that I really recommend to try.
The room was very good when it came to the soundproofing and the climate, there was no noise at all from outside and the AC kept the room in a comfortable temperature.
The staff was very well accommodating, we arrived around 2AM and there was no issue at all to check in with the 24/7 staffed reception.
While we didn't have breakfast, we were able to get wonderful coffee each morning and before our departure in the breakfast area. The staff was always gracious and helpful. We had a service dog with us who was graciously welcomed by the staff. We were in Krakow during perhaps the hottest part of the summer and the air conditioning was perfect! Our room and the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The location in the center of the old town was perfect for our visit.
Our stay at the hotel was simply excellent. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable – every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed assistance. A truly wonderful experience – highly recommended!
