1. Convenient location: the property is close to the airport (more important for us than the city center, which we already visited on a previous trip), supermarkets, a 24/7 gas station, and a shopping mall, among others.
2. Responsive hosts: Paulina and Daniel sent us check-in instructions well in advance and also helped us locate/keep an item we left behind by accident when checking out in a hurry.
3. Big, cozy bed: we fell asleep naturally while watching TV and slept like a baby for the rest of the night.
Amazing configuration of the room we were in - small, but excellently thought through. All the facilities look and feel new. We did not find the shower cabin too small, I have seen much smaller. Basically everything was as we expected, many of the previous comments are accurate, no reason to repeat them here. We had no problems, solid 9 on a scale of 10.
It was clean and comfortable, accurate according to the photos too. The kitchen area was a plus, a minifridge that kept things cold and actual dishes which I wasn’t expecting, was nice after travelling for an extended time to be able to make my own food. Check in was done by access codes, and the hosts were helpful.

If you're looking for a place with lovely hosts and a hotel like experience for a very affordable price then this is it. It was lovely through and through and we felt very comfortable in it
