Overall good location., but be aware of the construction going currently around there(August 2023).
AC is great.
Nice apartment with the view.
However, bathroom could be cleaned better.
Those who are travelling by car, pay for underground parking as it will be almost impossible to park nearby
Apartment is modern, clean comfortable. Balcony is great, fab views of the city. Great public transport links outside.
I liked everything. The location, the views, the place. I came here to work remotely and the internet connection was flawless, you can very comfortably work while simultaneously looking at the entire city. I got the “What a beautiful life” feelings while sitting in the chair in the balcony. You also have a grocery store right beneath so you can quickly grab yourself whatever you may need.
