Good location, 10-15 minutes from the see. Very convenient to take a tram from this place and visit old town. Nicely decorated apartment with all you might need - coffee maker, dishwasher, washibg maschine, microvawe, oven and others. The sauna in the bedroom and underground parking was a great benefit.
The apartment is in a new building, everything works fine (elevator, door codes, windows, no noise from neighbours etc.). Also the flat itself is perfect. Small but efficient. Lot of elegant details. The sauna is great. Heavy curtains to block light at night, I appreciate. Several supermarkets 4-8 min of walk, bus and tram stop 5 min walk. Nearest beach 8-10 min of walk.
The property was clean, had everything to cook, wash.
It is a great location in terms of amenities, transportation options, beach nearby. The neighbourhood is not the best though.
This is the second time we've been here and the facilities are brilliant for the price. Also with the location, it's easy to get a tram into the city directly.
