Perfect location. An apartment representative was very helpful and easy to talk with.

Apartment was lovely and all the facilities you could think of were provided, which was impressive as you normally have to go out and spend money so thank you for that!

Customer service /host was informative, helpful, friendly and even let us have a late check out at the last minute which is extremely appreciated!

Apartment is big, great kitchen, lovely bathroom, bedroom was a bit small for us but liveable. Lovely surprise to find a balcony, not great in winter but would be lovely in spring and summer! The whole building was quiet, we never heard or saw anyone except delivery guys.

The self service was flawless, it literally is explained step by step

the location of accommodation was near the old town and other tourist spot to visit..we enjoyed our stays although its only 2days...

The location of the apartment , 5 minutes walk to the Wawel castle and walkable distance to the old town. it's not noise at night so it''s great. but many nights you can here neighbours' footsteps as the loft bed is very close to the ceiling, almost feels like they are walking on u.also apartment is on the ground floor. Curtains helps but not blackout curtain. Toilet is clean and supplies( toilet rolls) are enough. kitchen and washing machine was provided.

Communication with the host was alright. had some misunderstanding. Request was attended promptly (leaking kettle replace with new one) and heater issue.

overall a great stay. will recommend.
