Everything was great. Apartment was clean with a well equiped kitchen, comfortable bed and quiet. Host met us with the keys and showed us how to get in (a gate, a building door, a floor door and our apt door) and other apt amenities, then they messaged later to make sure everything was all right. Location was perfect too.

Perfect stay! We had everything you need in the apartment. The place is perfectly clean and white. A lot facilities. The location is great with market next to the apartment. 5 min walk to the old city, 10 min walk to the wawel castel and very close to good restaurants and bars. The staff is very nice and takes care of everything

Everything was pefect,the room was big enough ,(five people), great location 1min from old town ,pleasant addition the balcony. I definitely recommend this. Good job guys!!!!!

Excellent customer service, could not of asked for more from the agents. They were 5 star. The accommodation was central, a few minutes walk from the town center. A small shop a few doors down, and perfectly located to travel around. Apartment was clean and spacious. The only reason I have knocked a few stars off, is that my children struggled to sleep throughout the night due to the shaking of the building and the noise from the trams outside. This couldn't be helped, I know. The apartment itself was fantastic, but my children struggled to sleep, meaning the days were long and tiring. But I would recommend to others. Perfect for families, couples or a small group of friends. We had a bit of a mix up with the timing of getting into the apartment. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, great customer service and great hosts. The accommodation had everything that we needed, beds were comfy and clean. Nice spacious bathroom with a shower.
