First thing to appreciate is the close proximity to the sea. Second, is the spaciousness of the apartment. I've been to this complex plenty of times and choose it due to its convenience to the shore and gated community. Very convenient if you travel with dogs and need to walk them, plenty of alleys and beautiful gardens in the area. The style of the apartment is not for everyone, it is very glamour and elegant but outdated, from 20 years ago. The decor grew on me as I like elegant finishes but for some may be overwhelming. I would probably get rid of the extensive wall art as it gives a feel of a museum, despite the paintings being of a high value. It's a tad too much for a sea shore getaway. I feel it's also a waste of valuables to be on display in a rental unit, just to be destined to be under appreciated and potentially damaged by tenants. But overall, I do appreciate the apartment for its location and plenty of space.
