The location was superb with plenty of good places to eat on the doorstep.
The apartment was light and airy, with large windows and good heating/air-conditioning. The artwork and photographs of the local area on the walls created a good ambience.
It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen area was well equipped.
The only downside was the very uncomfortable sofa and the two flights of stairs to access the apartment.
