To me it is 3*+ hotel quality at least. But it may vary depending on the room, I've noticed. Overall excellent. My best place in Poland, tbh.

The best ever non-hotel accommodation I ever experienced. Perfect for my needs, exceeding many of my expectatios. I travel a lot and I useed both hotels and "apartments". As long as OVO maintains this kind of service/price,
As my initial stay in room 405 could be a bit better (the room needs some love to become a good standard - maybe it was under preparation for renovation? - curtains a bit short, silverware to be delivered), the next stay room 540 was 100% good. Nothing was missing basically.
I have been staying in this property for the past few years but the first room I was given was not what I was expecting but on the next day it was changed to a different room thanks to staff on that day.
Nice building with lots of restaurants and bars on the ground floor. Great location very short walk from the main square as well as easy walk to the train station.
Perfect location and close to restaurants and shopping. Few steps from the city center. We easily found free close parking. Rooms are huge and looks good, air conditioning, terrace, lot of light, clean and quiet.
