Location, breakfast, a big parking, ski-room with drying for boots inside the main building, elevator.
The house itself is cute. Owners are very nice.
location was great, breakfast was nice, room was spacious and clean

it was very near (8 minute walk with skis) to the chair lift. the property was clean, warm with a good breakfast. There are few restaurants around, and only the ski mountain huts which serve basic food. this can be an issue if you have no transport. the local Italian restaurant (4 min walk) is booked massively in advance and not much good.
the hotel has a nice sitting room with pool table and log fire. there is no bar.
most people in the area dont speak much english. the hotel receptionist speaks good english & arranged a taxi for us, and also kindly got sandwiches for our early start.
a nice place, tidy and warm. great breakfast.
Location is great (close to the ski lifts and a decent Italian restaurant). Breakfasts were tasty too.
