Staff was really reactive when I had an issue with the clogged shower: someone came under 10 minutes and efficiently fixed the issue.
Apartment was neat and clean. It was in -1 floor (basement floor) with window at height of ground floor in the living room. It was very confortable stay. I recommend this apartment for a stay near city center.
