Close to the mall, supermarket, and city center (by tram), perfect for a few nights stay, very good value for price. Quiet area.

It's located near the main train station so it makes the hotel a good place to stay during trip. The ventilation system works well so during the hot summer we felt good. There is a 24 hour reception so you don't need to worry about your arrival time.
