Nice and cosy place to stay although I'd only recommend it for couples/singles. Good communication with the owner, the room was ready for 4PM so an hour earlier! Lifts will take you up to the 2nd floor, no issues with neighbours either. All the kitchen equipment was there, tea, coffee even salt and black pepper!
