We loved the place, perfect location for us (really nice walk to the old town and there is a really nice pizza place just around the corner)
It's exactly what it says on the tin - the flat is bright, clean and modern.
The host provided us with plenty of clean towels, all the bedding was also very clean. The flat was warm, Internet worked perfectly well.
I gave it 10/10 because I personally appreciated that there was a British plug adapter there (I had forgotten mine), what a thoughtful touch!
We were also provided with very clear instructions on how to get into the flat, very stress-free.
Overall - we had a lovely stay there, definitely will book again for my next trip to Krakow, highly recommended.
The location of the property was perfect - only 10 mins walk from the old town and situated in a nice quiet area. The balcony faces the sun for the whole afternoon, so it was perfect to sit and relax there in the sun. The apartment had everything you could need for a short stay, including hair dryer, iron/ironing board and all the kitchen utensils. There’s also a pizza restaurant and Zabka supermarket underneath which were both super convenient. Everything in the apartment was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Really good value for money overall.

Shower Water pressure a bit weak. No sound on TV due to empty battery on TV remote.
We are a family with 2 kids 10y and 7y and travel approx. 4-5 times a year. This is probably the best place we ever stayed at!

The apartment was exact like the photos. Very close to the Christmas markets and with many coffee shops and restaurants around !
Also the bed was very comfortable and soft! We really enjoy it, just expect a bit noise from the road.
