The location was great with easy access to sights in Stare Miasta, Old Town Krakow. The room was fairly spacious, except for cramped area for frig, dishes, etc. Two bath areas were nice for a group of 4.

Great location and a very nice room! They even upgraded us for free. Check in and out was so easy and fast. They even called me after we left to inform me I lost my passport and shipped it to me the next day! Great customer service and facilities. I’d stay here again!

Excellent location, close to the main historic square. Room, bed were comfortable. Old building with a lot of charm. A lot of good cafe and restaurants in the vicinity.
