This is an eighteen century palace in xxI century shape.
Beautiful park with a pound around the palace. It would be nice to spend more time and relax in place like this!
Beautiful place and garden. Amenities rather conservative
The impressive way the building was renovated, and the hospitality and friendliness of the owners. Upon arrival we were given a choice between 2 rooms, which were actually both very large and equally attractive.
A beautiful property: a former stately home which has been restored very thoughtfully the late 19th century. The room was large and airy with a separate area for self service tea & coffee. A fan was available in the room. The grounds were well maintained with a small lake to the rear with benches such that you can enjoy a stroll and spend some time relaxing near the lake. The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming creating a very pleasant and relaxed ambiance. Breakfast offered an excellent choice of high quality locally sourced food. Overall the stay was close to perfect and was excellent value for money.
Exceptional place surrounded by beautiful garden, immaculate large room, beautiful interior design, excellent service, dog friendly. Fantastic stay. We wished we could stay longer!
