The hosts were very helpful and responsive and although we never met in person, their instructions were clear and easy to follow. Property is within walking distance of the Old Town, close enough to enjoy it but far enough to avoid the crowds. There are shops, a local market, and restaurants nearby.
The apartment is modern with an elevator and a spacious balcony that’s perfect for relaxing or drying clothes. Wifi was reliable and fast enough for Zoom calls… which was a big plus for us
Location is great - close to the station and Old Town. Quiet area so you don’t hear others when you sleep and secure. Also has luggage lockers and washing machine is downstairs
Everything was great ! If I’m in Krakow next time , I’ll book it again.

Beautiful little apartment, well-equipped and a decent size for one or two people. It’s perfectly located within walking distance of the central station and all the attractions.
Loved the location (close to the mall and old town) the size of the room, the room was very modern and clean. There was also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had all the items required. Coffee was delicious! The staff were also very attentive! Only one toilet roll was offered, and when I messaged them, they organized rolls to be sent to the room.
