Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Idealna baza wypadowa. Przyjemnie urządzony apartament, fajna chuśtawka, dużo miejsca, sprzęt do prasowania, zmywarka, suszarka to duży plus. Pojemna szafa na odzież.
